• Added a new setting: 'navigate_to_address' to ensure correct navigation to the specified address.

• Items can now be edited or removed by clicking on them and deleting them in the edit screen.

• Removed redundant duplicate quantities.

• Added a check to ensure installations exist before updating the schedule.

This release also includes additional customer-specific adjustments.

Quantities in Logistics:
The inventory display in Logistics was incorrect when making corrections. This has been resolved.

Manual Time Registration:
The manual time registration in Nemo5Android has been improved. Updating the start and end time will now adjust the duration. If the duration is changed, the start time remains the same, and the end time is adjusted.

New Setting:

delete_document_after_finish

With this setting, documents are no longer stored multiple times on the device when they are selected multiple times.

Additionally, there are only customer-specific changes.

Improved Display of Bundle Orders

The display of bundle orders in Nemo has been improved, making information clearer and more organized.

Optimization of Follow-Up Orders

The process of creating a follow-up order by a craftsman has been improved.
New settings have been added that allow the ‘info text’ and ‘description’ of a follow-up order to be left empty and required, depending on the needs.

Support for Additional Fields in Installations

Installations can now handle additional fields, which was previously not possible.

Flexible Task Order in Nemo5

Craftsmen in Nemo5 can now adjust the order of tasks themselves and reschedule tasks to another day.

Simplified Material Consumption

A new setting makes it possible to register all planned materials as consumed at once.

Max reschedule length:
The max length of the description is limited to 100 characters when rescheduling.

Synchronization improvement:
A stability improvement has been added for the synchronization of Nemo5Android.

Optimization of Queries

The article list queries and barcode scan queries have been optimized. They are now more readable, easier to debug, and execute faster.

New functionality

• Setting copy_task_description: This allows disabling the copying of the task description for follow-up tasks.

• Show Customer Name: The customer name is now displayed in the time overview.

• No Customer Name for Indirect Hours: The customer name is not shown for indirect hours.

• Rounding Start Time for Indirect Hours:

  • When adding indirect hours, the start time is rounded to the nearest quarter hour, similar to rounding for tasks.

  • Both in the Time Overview and in Time Registration, it is now checked whether the start time needs to be rounded when saving.

Company ID added to Task Detail Block:
The task detail block now includes a field for Company ID.

First Planned Date Shown in Material Planning Outside of Tasks:
In scheduled material overviews (without an associated task), the first planned date of the relevant task or work order is now displayed.

Solution for Deliveries and Returns Without Groups:
The issue with deliveries and returns lacking groups has been resolved; exceptions are now handled correctly.

Correct Display of Dropdown Values in Forms:
When populating dropdowns from a variable, values are now displayed separately instead of being concatenated.

Name Display Option Adjusted:
It is now possible to display the first letter of the first name along with the full last name.

Adjustments in Time Registration:
List of Registered Hours:
Timesheet tasks now display the description (description1), while other tasks show the address.
Adjustments to start, end, and duration times have resolved previous time validation issues, where times were occasionally flagged as invalid even if correct.

Layout Options for Time Registration:
There is now an option to enable or disable the layout based on specific tasks.
A bug affecting the refreshing of registered hours has been fixed, where it was mistakenly assumed that older hours required adjustments.
The delete button is now correctly disabled if hours have already been approved or verified, preventing unintended deletions.

Improvements in Timesheet Tasks and Validation:
Descriptions for indirect tasks now only display the main description of each task.
Hours can be removed by setting the duration to '0,' and only hours with a duration greater than 0 will appear in the list.
Hours are now displayed in chronological order, with Timesheet tasks grouped under the "Indirect" heading.
Adjustments to hours through input fields now validate correctly before saving.
The duration field in the module has been updated to use an official "Duration" format and is filled accurately from registered hours.

Delete document file(s):
Document files related to a task can be deleted after a task has been completed or deleted. To do this, the setting: delete_document_after_finish must be activated in Coral.

Warehouse item filter:
A warehouse item filter is built in. This is optional and filters the item list based on the selected warehouse and stock.

Synchronization improvements:
Improvements have been made to the synchronization of Nemo5Android.

Team Planning:
Finish team planning for multiple craftsmen option setting added.

Stock level(s):
Stock levels are now visible for logistic transactions.

Incorrect stock level(s):
Stock had an incorrect primary key, which could result in duplicate stock records after retrieving the stock.

Create free task:
It is possible to create a free task for Marlin from Nemo5Android.

Task Details Improvement:
The work order and task number are now displayed in the task details block, even when Details ExternalWorkorderID and Details ExternalTaskID are present.

SLA Wait Time:
Resolved an issue where the SLA wait time was not being correctly finalized.

Task Completion by Team Leader:
Added the ability for a team leader to complete a task for all mobile users at once, ensuring tasks do not remain open in the mobile database.

Warehouse Selection Issue:
Resolved an issue where the warehouse selection was incorrectly disabled.

Adjustable Dropdown Field:
Resolved an issue where a disabled dropdown field could still be modified.

Navigation after Taking Photos:
Adjusted navigation to return to the main form after taking photos. If photos are taken from a subform, the system now returns to the subform instead of the main form. This ensures that answers are correctly saved and empty answers are not discarded.

Number of Tasks:
When the 'tasklist_today' setting was set to 'true', the number of tasks displayed in the task list tile was incorrect. This has been corrected.

Item Numbers:
Item numbers up to a length of 15 characters were displayed. This has now been expanded.

Barcode Visibility:
A setting for the barcode luminance threshold has been added, which activates the flashlight in a dark environment when scanning barcodes via the camera.

Adjusting End Time:
The screen for adjusting the end time did not function properly; the time was incorrectly marked as invalid. This has been fixed.

Forms:
Saving a sub-form after a main form with repeater 2 or higher did not return you to the main form. This has been fixed.

Team Task Icon:
An icon has been added in the task list to recognize team tasks.

Customer Installation:
When adding a customer installation, it is now also saved in the task registrations.

Logging Hours:
Logging more than 59 minutes could cause a synchronization issue with Nemo5Android, resulting in multiple started tasks. This problem has been resolved.

SLA Deadline:
The end time of the deadline was incorrect when waiting for a deadline after a previously completed deadline.

Crash logistics:
A crash in the logistics application has been resolved.

Scan barcode:
When scanning a barcode in dark spaces, the flashlight is now automatically turned on.

Logistics reception
The receipt quantity when receiving orders can be adjusted in the list.

Saving forms:
After saving forms, you did not always return to the start screen.

Retrieving the task history and related tasks did not always work. This functionality has been restored.

Registration hours:
An hours registration is now created for activities that are billable and/or workable.

Required field:
When creating a task, the task type could be left empty without an error message when saving. This has been repaired.

New functionality:

Form images:
Form images can now also be zoomed in the registration overview.

Form Photos:
It is possible to disable the add photos or select photos form.

Link tile:
The tile to set a link to a website is now also available for the main menu.

Scan barcode:
The item barcode scanner has been adjusted in case multiple items are found. An intermediate screen will then appear to select the correct item.

Crash fixed:
Fixed a crash when opening a document from the free task list.

Length of external article numbers:
The external article numbers are no longer displayed if they are longer than 15 characters.

Position of the installations:
The position of the installations is now also visible in the installation details.

Task duration format:
The task duration is now no longer formatted as days.hours:minutes, but as hours:minutes.

Team tasks:
The team tasks are visible to the entire team, but cannot be started.

Zoom function photos:
A zoom function has been added for photos in the registration overview.
